A couple of reflections from the game. Boise filled it's half of the stadium, Oregon's side was 2/3 full with a lot of blue & orange mixed in. Oregon had to call time out on the first play, that's a sure sign of a team not ready to play. Freeman taking a pass on playing and then having the nerve to stand on the sidelines was another tarot card of doom.
Boise had Oregon right where they wanted them from the first play. Vander Esch and the rest of the defense was playing like their helmets were hooked up to the Oregon headsets. Their offense never crossed midfield until the 3rd quarter (kinda like the last time they played). Boise moved the ball at will until they hit the red zone, then the wheels came off 3 or 4 times, a missed FG, touchback interception and two disasterous miscues returned for TDs cost 17 or 24 points, otherwise the final could have been 55-14.
Boise was having fun. Loved the 4 man diamond wide formation pirouette plays, one where they shift to a power run, the other that went to the wide screen, both for touchdowns.

Welp...I guess some order will be restored to the PAC now that Oregon is sliding back down the mountain. They had a real good run.
