My Gators are Ranked 16th in the pre season polls... Im cool with that.

They've got us at #11 but I think we can go all the way to the semi-finals again. Should win the ACC again. And NC State sucks.

What's kind of scary to me is that we have an awful lot of froshes and sophs and not many seniors. Oh well.

LSU has a lot of talent returning including arguably a top 3 pitcher in Nola. The best shortstop in the nation in Bregman. Bullpen is a point of major concern. Loaded recruiting class at pitcher, one got arrested and is no longer with the team and another just got Tommy John's surgery. Depth across the board for the Tigers though. A weak non-conference schedule, amd a typical rough slate of SEC series. I expect the LSU to be a top 4 team in the conference.

Pre-season 3 this year. LSU loses 2 big bats in Rhymes and Katz not to mention the athleticism of Jones. LSU had a good team last year but they weren't great. They exceeded my expectations last year. They will be good, but I think they will be 2nd or 3rd in the SEC. I expect them to win the West.

Yeah, LSU looked pretty good last year. I think they had good pitching, no? Am I remembering that wrong?

A good pitcher can come out of nowhere so you really never know.

Aaron Nola is one of the best pitchers I've ever seen at LSU. I am only 21 and didn't get to see guys like Ben McDonald etc, but I have lived through the golden age of their baseball program. The Tigers lose closer Chris Cotton which is a huge hit, and Ryan Eades (very inconsistent in big games not as big of a loss as people perceive). There was a mid-week starter that got hurt last year should be returning to play along with a highly touted recruit that could have gone pro by the name of Posche. The issues are we signed a kid that recently found out he needs Tommy Johns, he won't be back till this summer. LSU also signed a kid out of Florida or something like that who got arrested and dismissed from the team before setting foot on campus.

Bullpen is a huge question mark for this team, but it still has a lot of promise.

Honestly, I think depending on the teams that make it to Omaha, te new park favors West Coast Baseball. LSU was a major victim of that last year. Until the ball is fixed in 2015, I think the champion will be Fullerton with that monsterous pitching staff.

I'm gonna catch a couple games opening weekend at a little 4 team tourney they're having here in Charleston. I think the teams are WVU, Louisville, Citadel, and Delaware. If I can't catch but one game, I'm gonna try to make it the Louisville game since they're ranked 16th in the country.

Can't freaking wait. Lets make this board relevent, at least keep people posted on your own team. NCAA baseball lacks the coverage I want, this is pretty much a source of mine other than box scores.
