Gesicki had 9 TDs last year. Only two TEs came close to that amount last year (Hurst & Andrews) He is a very good red zone option for THill. He's probably the best in that area from this draft.

Thats true and a possibility - I don't think they could've gone wrong with either of the top 3 - they hit it out of the park with this one

I know you are a Tannehill backer, me not so much. But I do hope he has a good season, that could be difference between a 5-11 and 9-7/10-6 record. I'm just concerned that he is damaged goods and will play to "not get hurt" which usually equals an average season or player at best. We will see.

I would have had the same concern if we were talking about returning to a game at some point last season - but having missed pretty much the entire season and having all this time to recover and adjust to the situation -- I think the fear of him playing " not to get hurt" as you said, should be least of our worries.

OTA's and all that good stuff will start soon and we will then see how much and how well he has recovered
