1- This is a good point. Now let me ask you this, if more crime is committed in urban areas, then shouldn’t it be policed more heavily, especially because there is more violence? This is a geographic issue...not race.

Its both a geographic and racial issue when police have once again predetermined that certain races are more prone to commit crimes.

3- Race likely has little to do with it. Does the study take into consideration past record? Does it take into consideration courtroom demeanor? There could be racial bias here and that is why i am for standardized sentencing.

Standardized sentencing does dick if jury and judicial bias means that the people of particular racial backgrounds are more likely to be convicted to begin with. And numerous studies have shown that blacks and latinos are more likely to be found guilty for the exact same crime.. thats called a racial bias in our legal system.

Sorry dude, but the Heritage Foundation isnt white supremacist. But they are a tad bit right wing at the moment. And they are on the whole MAGA kick. Which I still havent gotten a solid answer as to when America was Great aside from some well back when Reagan was in charge.

But I also think an innocent man wouldnt be trying to fire those investigating him. The best way to validate Trumps stance is for him to be found innocent. Instead, he appoints a Justice who has stated that he doesnt think a president should be under investigation... And that does not seem ODD to you at the moment??

People wanted Clinton to be investigated until they found or made evidence to find her guilty. BUt those same people are screaming Mueller should be fired, bias in the investigation and dismiss that major Trump players have been found guilty.

An innocent man doesn’t want to be investigated because what they are investigating could lead to other findings. No person should be investigated without probable cause of a specific crime.
