I know it's a new season but the Eagles have now lost 4 of their last 5 games.

the O started slow in 3 of those 5. So while I hope last night was game 1 jitters...I'm not so sure. I'd like to think we don't come out the same way for the Dallas game. I can't deal with the shot talk for 2 months if we do

lol. Last year doesn't count for soo many reasons. This is a new group with some opening night jitters and growing pains. There are 11 new starters on this team.

OTOH, it also looked like a new team with new pieces trying to come together and a QB that hadn't played in two years. Good thing we don't have to play Julio again, but we might have just helped them get to the playoffs (it could come down to that).

The OL sucked. That's the #1 concern.
The DB's don't look any better. Davis apparently thinks we have pro bowl caliber cbs. That's what his defense requires.

Yeah, but if Quinn improves the defense (if only to mediocre) and Shanahan gives them a run game (if only mediocre), that will be a good team really quick and a huge improvement from last years defense and run game. We might have just got stepped on first.

Kyle is an underrated OC. Now he's got himself an experienced QB and a hell of a WR. That offense is going to put up some points this year. Didn't want to see him go in DC myself.
