But if I was a Hawk fan I'd think it's a really underwhelming hire. You have Wilson at QB so it's hard for me to believe you can't find a more creative and innovative OC that would be willing to take the job.
Pete came back to the NFL with firm idea how to be successful and if he is going to get fired he wants it to be because he did things his way. I believe his way is a winning formula. A offense with a strong running game and a QB that make things happen without to many turnovers, a strong D and good ST play. You actually see a lot of teams using the same formula in the playoffs. Vikings, Saints and Jags. A effective running game is the key and that well be the key to weather or not the Seahawks have further success.
