It's over. Bullpen has killed us all year. Sad because we've had some real unexpected positives this year(Alonzo's power, McNeil hit-machine, Ramos average, etc.) Could have made a run. If I never saw that puke Diaz or Familia again it would be too soon.

Also poor DeGrom, guy can't get a win. Maybe he should be our closer, we don't win his starts anyway.

I just spent some time scrolling through almost all of them.




The replies from the Mets fans are gold...and they highlight the absurdity of what went down in that loss, and how things could've/would've turned out differently and in our favor.

The overall general consensus seems to be that Callaway should've somehow known better, but that he's also pretty damn clueless.
