Love or hate the Cowboys , the fact is they are a ratings juggernaut.

All of Goodell's power stems from him being commissioner. And what has kept him commissioner through 10 years of perpetual incoming arrows? Ratings, Ratings, Ratings.

And now that the ratings are down, what would be the motive behind taking a risky move like keeping your ratings juggernaut out of playoff contention?

I disagree, I dont think we get a game up on the falcons before it is over. I would rather the eagles get up 2 games for HFA by week 17. the Vikes losing IMO helps us more as far as trying to make the playoffs.
