I feel for ya Irish... I felt the same way with the Rags this playoffs... every game I watched they won... everyone I didn't they lost... I thougth I was giving them the edge they needed... It really sucked... But I recorded the game tonight and came back and watched the whole thing... and there you go... Kings in OT game 1. One hell of a game... Kings just wore them down... I think the Kings can match them physically and once the Kings figures out how to negate there speed, they will own them... Hopefully.....

That Doughty goal to tie it was just filthy, absolute filth. Agreed with above, the Kings are a better team. The 2 Rangers goals were speedy guys on the Rangers catching the Kings flat footed. If the Kings crack down on this going forward I think they win this series. Kings seemed to control most of the game.

Larsson won't be Doughty (very few will), but I haven't given up on the Swedish Hammer just yet.

I have.... Larsson won't be aggressive or impactful on the offense... I think his confidence really took a hit. He's playing more so to not to make a mistake than trying to play the game.

I will say it again. Rangers are lucky as hell. That is why I wouldn't be surprised if they won it all because when you have excellent goaltending plus luck, that usually is a good thing.

One good thing is that the rangers pissed Doughty off and hopefully he just kills them this series. The Kreider butt end was a cheap shot. Kreider slowly will become more and more of a target in the NHL.

Can't believe that Krieder didn't get called for that..2 refs had a dead on look at that play and let it slide.

to be fair, Victor Hedman really wasn't anything for his first couple seasons. Larsson has been very underwhelming so far.

This series is similar to NJ and LA in 2012. Devils also hung with LA.

Except the diving. Not sure which dive was better in OT, Henrik or Nash. I think Nash better technique but Henrik less splash?

Watching this final is like the devils are playing that's how hard I'm rooting for the kings lol. Rangers controlled that overtime I don't think this one lasts long.

Three 2 goal leads blown by the Rangers.

If they got a split in LA then Id say theyt would've been in amazing position going into MSG for Game 3 but now having to beat a better team 4 out of the next 5 is a very tall order.

I've buried the Rags before though so not ready to do it again.

I actually didn' really care before today who wins. But after that diving in OT plus the crying texts I received after that so called interference, I hope they get swept.

Listen to Rag fans you would think the Kings 3rd goal tonight won the game for them. Not saying that it shouldn't have been interference but some calls go your way and some dont. Rangers have had plenty things go their way this postseason. Plentyyyyyy.

Yeah, man this is very similar to our run with the kings... first two games we hung with them, but lost both games in OT. The difference is, I am pulling for the Kings this time... Rags are just dirty players... The dives where all over tonight... cheaters...

Exact same series as the devils. Even across the board in all stats yet LA is ahead 2-0 again.

Those dives were hilarious, what a couple of horrible calls, especially in overtime.

Quick has come back down to Earth this season. The year we faced him he was playing on another level.

Quick might not be as dominant as he was a couple years ago but no goalie in the league has made more clutch saves then him this postseason.

Ive seen articles that have said the Kings are up 2-0 in spite of Quick. Couldn't agree less about that.

There was really nothing he could've done about either goal scored on him in Game 1 and even though he gave up 4 in Game 2 he made some great saves that kept the game within reach for the Kings. If LA wins the Cup he wont be getting the Conn Smythe but he's still a huge reason they're in the position their in right now.
