Bucs would be smart to tank the season, cut Winston in 2019 (at no cost - zero dead cap next year), fire their coaching staff, and just start over. I don't know why Tampa even spent money this offseason to 'improve' a 5-11 team in a division with New Orleans, Carolina, and Atlanta who are all far superior.

Winston isn't going to lead anyone to anything. He's Josh Freeman 2.0, and with all the money he has he'll just fade away into mediocrity as a party boy with constant interactions with the law.

But the Glazer family is retarded, so I don't expect that to happen.
