How about this? If we play with 8 we do it my way, if we get 16 we do they can't have been drafted after 1983?

I'm used to it! We do know the rules, if we get 16 we can't select a player who was drafted after 1983. We are going to try UK's idea of double drafting, I like it because it could keep people interested and it might speed us up.

3 options. 1) Last 2 teams to join we politely tell them sorry 2) We have guys take 2 teams so we get to 16 teams 3) We have 2 byes for the playoff. Outside voter determines the bye or random draw.

I really think if the player was drafted before 1981 that would make our draft from 1922-1990. Still trying to make Nos happy with cut off being 1990 and UK happy by having a set draft time.

My opinion: I say you can select anyone who was drafted in 1922-1980.

Of the three options I like option 2 best.

I'm down with 1983 drafted by. I just thought you didn't want to many guys who played into the 1990's.

Because my math is like my spelling/grammar very poor.

I thought 3 GM's take 2 Teams = 6 Teams and we had 10 Teams already = 16.
