Lol apparently Thibs turned down Lavine and Dunn for Jimmy. They wanted to give away Rubio instead of Lavine. And he asked Towns what he thought before he made a final decision.

I like him a lot... I think he's pretty awesome, jumper was a little weak last I really watched him but he was slick on defense... I wouldn't have been mad if the Lakers would have gone after him, but I'd keep Russell now... Although I think Randle either needs to be traded or moved to the bench... He's not good enough to be a championship PF IMO... I do love Ingram though... Oh, my bad we were talking about the scrubs from Minny...
