It's very rare in the NFL that you can lose the battle in the trenches on both sides of the football and lose the game.

The halftime adjustment of quicker passes and more LB blitzes definitely factored into the outcome for NE....and Flacco being hell bent on forcing the deep ball to T. Smith.

Just got back around to the Hoop and wanted to mention that that was a great game. It's just too bad that my Ravens had to be on the short end when the time expired.
