Gees guys maybe it's time to let it go. It's Tuesday the game is over let's move on.
You realize the referee in that game came out and said that he made mistakes that impacted the outcome right?I know what you are referring to but it's a different situation. The Steelers actually played well enough to beat the Patriots but it was taken from us. The Seahawks couldn't hang in the Super Bowl. The holding call didn't make Hasselbeck throw the INT. Seattle couldn't hang with the Steelers and the calls didn't hurt them near as bad as the calls hurt us last night. Nice try, but you're comparing Apples and Oranges.

Well I'm just getting caught up. Just wondering if you knew that.Oh my god are we still on this?!

We beat those guys asses up and down that field tonight! We got nothing to be ashamed of, right? Isn't that right? Maybe the scoreboard doesn't say it, but we won that game! You realize the referee in that game came out and said that he made mistakes that impacted the outcome right?

You're not God, Nickerson! You're just a typing teacher.......
Moving the ball to the 7 instead of the 1 1/2? That isn't what happened. It turned a 1st and goal from the 1, in a 4-point game, to 1st and 20 from the 29.Yeah I knew that. He's gotten massive amounts of death threats about it too I believe. I don't see how a holding call dramatically affects the game though. I can see the blocking call on Hasselbeck affecting the game but not the other penalties. The holding call moving the ball to the 7 instead of the 1 1/2 doesn't cause Hasselbeck to throw that INT.
yeah very underrated I think. Also prolly ended up making Craig T Nelson millions of dollars when he got that TV showClassic movie!

Look, I think blaming the refs is absurd in any scenario. It's a 60-minute game and teams don't get screwed for an entire 60 minutes. But if you are going to be one to bitch about the refs then be prepared to take it at least.
That's what I said. This is still being argued?
Okay that's fine. Don't bitch about the refs at all then.I know that's not what happened but what I'm saying is even if the holding penalty moved it back 5 years instead of 30, it doesn't make Hasselbeck throw the INT. And I've watched that play, Locklear clearly held Haggans.

I know you will, because you're kind of a crybaby. But I can and I will. Thanks for your input. It's different situations so these two things that are trying to be compared can't be compared.
I know you will, because you're kind of a crybaby.
Nope I actually understand that the game is 60 minutes long and 99% of the time, you don't get screwed. So even if you are screwed, it's 1% of the time. So since I'm not a bitch, I don't cry about it.This is the only thing I've even remotely "cried" about because so far this year, my sports teams have been pretty good. We were screwed. Simple as that. Whether it's by the rule or by the refs, we were on the shit end of the shit stick. You'd be crying too if you were on the receiving end of that call.

Hey Terry... never mind.
