I had to go back to the 2014 class, part of what ails us now our DL recruiting commits 4 that year none are playing now most not with us, Joe Keels , which Phillips was passed over for, however we have 2 TE's from that class starting on our DL now, Freedom and Mick

I don't think so. Some TFLs, but I am pretty sure Herbert was untouched the entire game when throwing a pass.

I went out on the limb with an 8-4 season

My anticipated losses were
Oregon road game
Wisconsin riley is 0-2 against
Penn State road game
Ohio State pretty easy to figure this one out

Right now, I am very worried.

Iowa seems to have a QB game manager again, dammit
Purdue looks to be doing something right
Illinois might have something
Minnesota, not sure yet
Northwestern could be in trouble
Rutgers has got to be a win
Northern illinois ???

I only have two more guaranteed wins.

That's what I was thinking. The TFL's were on Freeman, not on the QB.

Until Nebraska gets better up front, they will continue to be a mediocre 9 win team at best.

Not a Langsdorf thing IMO. It's more of a giving up 42 in the first half thing. It's a not having the Huskers prepared to play a big football game thing. That is a HC thing. Not some underling thing.

I'm still on 8-4, we just ate 1 of 4 I picked, Wisconsin penn st osu are losses but the rest are toss ups, still plenty room to get better down the road.
I think we're ok at DL, in this personnel we're sticking with I guess, the LBs are the ones to bring pressure but instead they're attempting to cover WRs lol, I'm not going to beat the group up but we are starting 2 walkons there, throw in the Jones loss and it's got heartburn written all over it. We're matching personnel like a jr high team on defense right now

That's been a recurring event we've seen with Riley. We don't have pass rushers on the outside and haven't really had one since Gregory.
