That's not what he's always been. I just gave you his overall completion percentage.

His overall completion percentage has increased .9 for this season over last.

Now you want to take it as a one week period? LMAO. You are desperate.

How about holding them accountable for Tommy's decreases from week 1 - 4 as well?

BYU.....: 58.5%
S. Ala...: 70%
Miami...: 46.7%
So. Miss: 65.7%

vvvv Not The Staff vvvv
Illinois....: 32.3%
Wisconsin: 39.3%
^^^^ Not The Staff ^^^

vvvvv The Staff vvvvv
Minnesota: 69.2%
^^^^ The Staff ^^^^

Tommy has never been a 30% overall passer as was alluded to.

"This staff is using what was given them. So if they can take a 30% passer and one playmaker what will they do with a 60% passer and a stable of receivers."
What can I say. Guess I'm a liar too.

Tommy is not a 60% passer even your numbers show that. So stop lying!!

I think what he was referring to was a CONSISTENT passer. Not one that goes anywhere from 30-70%, sometimes looking like a good QB and other times not having the ability to hit a checkdown to an RB in the flat. Armstrong's QBR over those two games was 30 points below Jamaal Lord.
Thanks OA frp trying to talk sense to himm but if you say anything in support of Riley (even if you also point out the weaknesses) you are just a low down no good dirty liar and R_A loathes Riley suporter.... umm I mean liars

I didn't say TA was a 60% passer. I quoted your Kool-Aid statement.

I clearly showed he was between a 51.9 and 54.2% passer. That is 53.1% overall.

"Tommy Armstrong Completion Percentage.

2013: 51.9%
2014: 53.3%
2015: 54.2%"

You are making things up like liars do.

The 30 was refer to his last two games which should have been W's.

Look at his percentages under Riley. They prove my point. So why do you go back inside and take your Miralax and quit worrying so much about your damned grass.

BYU 58%
USA 70%
Miami 46%
USM 63%
Illinois 32%
Wisconsin 39%

Do you realize what you are saying?

This staff is using what was given them. So if they can take a 30% passer and one playmaker what will they do with a 60% passer and a stable of receivers.

What you are trying to say 'now', does not support the statement you made to Brasky.

You were clearly stating that Armstrong is normally a 30% passer and that Riley is going to do great things if he brings in a 60% passer.

"The staff is using what was given to them". "A 30% passer". - HISL

It's semantics as you can clearly understand the intent of the statement was to show that if they can do this with a non-passing quarterback what will they do with one recruited for their scheme. I also explained I chose the 30% because of his last couple games that were in my opinion the worst of the year but take it and do what you will. If twisting words and calling people liars and punks is what it takes, do what you must to live in your own skin but from this perspective it makes you appear as a sad sad little man.

Speaking of having "no substance".

lulz

I guess 'internet tough guy' told me.

I'm 6'4". Not a "little man" by any stretch.

The only person here that I've referred to as a punk is chucksker. Someone who breaks lamps, disrespects authority, and disrespects the rights of others is a punk. It's just that simple.

Liars are the most gutless people on the planet. If you feel the need to control your environment by being dishonest then you are gutless.

The meaning of your statement is as clear as day.

"This staff is using what was given them. So if they can take a 30% passer and one playmaker what will they do with a 60% passer and a stable of receivers."

TA is not a 30% passer unless you're being dishonest and 'cherry picking' his stats.

In 2013 he had one game where he was 33%. He had 7 games of 40% or better. He was 51.9% overall.
In 2014 he had two games where he was 38% and 33% respectively. He had 11 games where he was 40% or better. He was 53.3% overall.
In 2015 he's had two games where he was 32.3% and 39.3% respectively. He's had 5 games where he's been 40% or better. He's been 54.2% overall.

Now you cherry pick all you want and call him a 30% passer, but you are being dishonest.

The real question begs, how did TA go from being 58.5%, 70%, 46.7%, and 65.7% (first 4 games) down to 32.3% and 39.3% respectively?
How have the gurus Riley and Langsdorf only improved TA over Bo and Beck's coaching by only .9% (less than 1%) overall?

Chew on that 'substance'.

UH huh

At this point Billy C was (4-3), instead of (3-4).

Also Billy C didn't LIE about what offense he was going to run. He made it clear in his initial presser that he would run the West Coast offense.
No matter how you slice it, they are both trying to make a running QB into throwing QB. (Dailey)(Armstrong).

Nebraska will never win anything of substance being a pass first team. EVER.

Comparing tommy to joe is literally stupid

Plus tommy is throwing about the same amount he did last year

U guyz need to chill out a bit - it really is a who gives a rip argument that turned into name calling. Here is something to laugh at - my daughter called me wondering if I thought it would be ok for her husband to dress up as a monkey when they went to the zoo with their baby. I said yes it is okay, but tell him not to press his ass against the glass in the gorilla house!
Chuckle, breath and move on.

I am still undefeated at Nebraska B1G road games.

We stayed at the Hotel Minneapolis which is in downtown Minneapolis!!(go figure)

Minnesota and northern Iowa enjoyed setting up speed traps. If anyone goes up for a game, remember this warning. No, I did not get a ticket. No one in our group ADMITs to getting one. We had four cars go up and then we joined up with the Minnesota clan of seven(there are more but some had other commitments). A lot of family fun.

Surprised that the Minnesota stadium only holds a little under 55,000. Looked bigger. A pretty good Nebraska fan turnout. I will guess 15,000 Nebraska fans. Minnesota fans began to bail at the start of the 4th quarter when the score became 38-14.

Pretty strict on what they let into the stadium. So far, it has been the strictest B1G stadium for the junk I attempt to bring in.

Our Swiss Miss loved being at the game. When we told her that Nebraska sealed the win when Kalu did his pick 6, she still insisted on staying to the end. The Minnesota clan had all already bailed.

No surprise there on the speed traps, however, we would travel there each year for volleyball tournaments and one father actually would get a ticket for speeding every year. The speeding dad asked how they knew he was coming through and the trooper said they got a call from a fellow driver that he was doing over 90mph.

Yet another FALSE statement put forth by our resident experts.

2014: 13 games 345 pass attempts = 26.5 PPG
2015: 7 games 236 pass attempts = 33.7 PPG

2014: Through 7 games 187 pass attempts = 26.7 PPG
2015: Through 7 games 236 pass attempts = 33.7 PPG

33.7 - 26.7 = 7 more passes per game than last season.

That is a 37.4% increase in PPG

I think y'all just throw shit at the wall hoping it will stick to the uninformed suckers.
No wonder there are so many displaced from reality regarding the status of the football program.

Well as we all know, the one pass was supposed to be a run, so you can't use that one.

We have a LOT of fans there

A 2-4 team better damn well appreciate us sending 30,000 fans on the road.

I was guessing 15,000 Nebraska fans, but it could have been more. I have some pictures, the corner end zones in the second tier on the Minnesota side, were both pretty much all red.

I was in the Nebraska sideline side, way up high, but under the overhang, and pretty much all of those seats were Nebraska fans.

We had some real good Go ------- Big ---------- Re'ed -------- GO BIG RED cheers going at the end of the game when the majority of the stadium was Nebraska red. Just about all of the fans that left the stadium after the game and took the green line were ALL Nebraska fans.

It was also Zombie Pub Night Crawl, so a lot of young people dressed up as zombies were getting on the train also. But it was red, very, very red and I am sure the zombie kids were all going WTF?

The Gopher fans are nice people. The atmosphere at the game is a lot of fun, if people are thinking of going to a game, this is a good place to go.

Minnesota has a M-I-N-N-E-S-O-T-A cheer and the announcer does the a gain of fifteen yards to the Minnesota 48, for another Minnesota Gopher..... then the crowd goes FIRST DOWN!!!! There is also the Junior Gopher Cam and the dance like the gopher cam.

The funny thing about the trophy, no one in MY FAMILY knew about the trophy. They knew of FauxPelini but not the trophy. They all thought I was lying, but I made them look it up on the internet Friday Night.

I am just sad I did not get to see the trophy exchange after the game.
