I watched the game after I got home and is it just me or was there a lot of no calls by the Refs ? Very happy for the win and I hope our coaching staff learned from the play calling.

I think some of the problem is; we've seen this type of offense & similar defense before. What makes round 2 any better? Players ? na.

It's a poor system. How'd the fun & gun work for sustainability year after year? It's a yo-yo mang, nuttin' but up & down years. Lacks consistency like sour milk.

Tom Osborne created the blue print for success. Urban Meyer copied T.O.s plan, just with some more gizmo's is all.

Billy C and Cos ran completely different O and D systems

:L !!!

UH huh

At this point Billy C was (4-3), instead of (3-4).

Also Billy C didn't LIE about what offense he was going to run. He made it clear in his initial presser that he would run the West Coast offense.
No matter how you slice it, they are both trying to make a running QB into throwing QB. (Dailey)(Armstrong).

Nebraska will never win anything of substance being a pass first team. EVER.

DPE and Westerkamp saved Langsdorfs behind today.

Lots of circus catches today. Not even 50/50 balls. More like 20/80
Do you realize what you are saying?

This staff is using what was given them. So if they can take a 30% passer and one playmaker what wil they do with a 60% passer and a stable of receivers.

And he's using his fullback!!!!
I can put up with a lot of mis-calls to see a fullback slamming through the line.

You really have an issue with this "lie" thing.
Do you go around calling people liars in real life too like you do on here?

First off...Congrats on the win yesterday, your team earned that one.

Secondly...Riley has always been a "run first" guy and "play action" after that. IF he is passing all the time it's because he has too.

Anywhoze Braska, a couple of tough losses is always tough to swallow...looks like you boys will need help from others to catch Iowa. Plenty of time to see that play out. Take care of your own biz and see where the rest of the chips fall latter.

Before yesterday, the last 2 weeks he was in the 30% range for passing.

That's not what he's always been. I just gave you his overall completion percentage.

His overall completion percentage has increased .9 for this season over last.

Now you want to take it as a one week period? LMAO. You are desperate.

How about holding them accountable for Tommy's decreases from week 1 - 4 as well?

BYU.....: 58.5%
S. Ala...: 70%
Miami...: 46.7%
So. Miss: 65.7%

Illinois....: 32.3%
Wisconsin: 39.3%

Minnesota: 69.2%

Tommy has never been a 30% overall passer as was alluded to.

Says the fan of a team who has 'perennial loser' stamped on the program.

"You're gonna win 8 games one of these seasons Braska. Hang on for it, it'll be great. You'll love it"

I think what he was referring to was a CONSISTENT passer. Not one that goes anywhere from 30-70%, sometimes looking like a good QB and other times not having the ability to hit a checkdown to an RB in the flat. Armstrong's QBR over those two games was 30 points below Jamaal Lord.

I know what I read. He was alluding that TA is a consistent 30% passer. That is false.

Stick up for him all you want, as he has Kool-Aid and I don't.
