Nascar has lost it edge. It's not the rough unpolished sport that made it so popular. The "suits" have been polishing this thing for 20 years now until it's just another run of the mill event. Go back 30 years and check out the drivers. Most were rough looking, not camera friendly, redneck, unpolished, politically incorrect, arrogant son of a bitches. Look at them now. A bunch of pretty boys. Johnson, Gordon, Kahne, Hamlin, Edwards, Kenseth, Dale Jr., Newman, and on and on.
