Looks like LoMo is done at 1B... Montero continues to get the starts, as he should...

M's said from the get go that the idea was for 1B to be Montero, Trumbo, LoMo, in that order.

Of course, what they say and what actually happens doesn't always match. This time, it is, so that's pretty neat.

Montero hasn't had the best ABs lately, but they have to keep getting him in there to see what's real.

I think we can add Guti to the very small list of keepers on this team.

I thought it was the right move when they let him go before, but I thought it was an even better move bringing him back. He's a pretty good player when he can play so the bench is perfect for him.

I wish he could play more. I am not sure he isn't the best all around player on the team. in his last 3 games he's 6-10 1 2b, 1 HR, 3 R 4 RBI. Unfortunately, those games are over a total of 7 days....

Yep, and the next two pitches were right down there and he just swung to give himself a chance. Once the ump called that, Montero was done, he couldn't let anything low go and was an easy three pitch k. Just sucks to lose the rally like that.

Well I had the 2 right, just thought our starting pitcher would be worse. Still, it sucks a lot less when you lose and you expected it to happen.
