My feelings have always been; round 1 you need a star or at least great to good player. Unquestioned starter. Round 2 you need to get a starter. Round three to me is the point where you get a spot starter or rotation player. So if you get a guy who starts more than 8 or so career games, to me that is a guy who paid off.
