I'm surprised that people are so negative about this hire. He did a great job at Memphis, didn't fuck up this year when it would have been easy to get negative, and has huge ties to the team/community. Owning Missouri recruiting and filing in the remainder with 3 star Texas and Southern guys is a recipe towards being very competitive. He should be able to do that.
