Washington lost all but two starters from last season's conference leading defense along with a four year starting QB, RB, 1st round OT and 5th round TE. UW hasn't had the recruiting success as a Ohio St., Bama, LSU, UGA type classes so it's not as easy to plug & play as some of those other teams. Next season will be a different story as Washington will once again will reign supreme in the PAC.

You’ve made the playoffs once and got blown out. Whether Oklahoma has won in the CFP or not they do have a better record than Washington and there’s something to be said for even making the CFP.
