Of course he is. He has worthy company, as usual, but he's a given to be a top five hitter in terms of per game. There is no mandatory consensus first pick for baseball, IMO.

People are catching up. But he is still the SAFE choice. And safety is more important than actual results.

Altuve is just as safe. Kershaw and Scherzer still amazingly consistent. People build their teams in all sorts of ways. OF streaming is the easiest thing in fantasy, imo, so I usually fade OF the first few rounds.
