I really really want that announcement to be that Mike Stoops is the new DC and he's gonna make over a million a year.


Then we need to find a OC worthy of over a millioin, and pay them that- then we can get back to winning........



Quit fucking pinching pennies UNL......... Money won't buy us National Titles...... I get that- but it can help....... And we have the money to pay the coaches........

I have a hard time believing we can't afford to pay for quality assistants when we just shelled out all that money for new BASKETBALL facilities for shit sake.

About 1% of the Husker fanbase even cares about Nebraska basketball, and yet we built the best facilities in the entire country to try and take the next step. We just built better facilities than Duke, North Carolina, Kansas, Ohio State, Florida, Kentucky, etc. etc....

How can we not pay an assistant a base salary of a half million when it betters our chances to make 17.5 million on a consistent basis by going to BCS games???

10-2..........that's all it takes to make a BCS bowl game.........10-2.

You make a BCS game, and you're in the money.........it's the same thing as making a good investment. Invest in quality coaching........reap the benefits.
