Honestly know nothing about Giolito (so it could work out in my future) but I don't think Sano is worth it right now. Though he is better than Markakis.

Nothing to worry about. Don't need him this year... great future, imo.

Markakis would be waiver fodder for me... good spot for a streaming pitcher.

The trade looks and sounds good... But really depends on the keeper rules... For now, I would much rather have Quintana than Sano...

He is but he is playing well over his head... and has always been a bad luck starter(never gets wins), even with him pitching CY caliber this season, he does not have CY caliber wins...

Again, depends on your keeper league... Playing for the future is not always the best strategy in keeper leagues...
