Todd Frazier is a better pick for 3B than Nolan IMO.

He very well might be, but with where you are picking him he HAS to be... I get that you want him, and I get that he will likely not be around for your next pick... But if you want him so much and am willing to pay so much, then get him VIA trade... and see how your team forms first before you go crazy into getting him...

3B is actually very deep this season, don't take a risk on a player that MUST meet his potential to keep the value you paid for him...

But if you do get one of Hanley or Arenado, then I hope that it would be Arenado... I am very Anti Hanley...
