LA could do a lot worse than Harbaugh as their coach. Anything's better than Fisher was.

Of all the available football coaches, or those expected to soon be available, who would be a better choice than Harbaugh? The guy has been pretty impressive in the NFL so far. Took a bad SF team, and nearly brought them to two Superbowls in a 4 year span.

I imagine if he stays with Michigan, it will net him a nice pay raise as any available NFL team will likely back up the cash truck to his house.

They will be decimated by all the starters they lose next year . Looks like about 7 starters on offense, and around 9 starters on defense, and both the punter and kicker. Could be a LONG year next year for Michigan! Fortunately, they have some pretty good talent behind them. Hopefully they are ready for the prime time.

The backups had plenty of game time due to several blowouts by Michigan this year, but I can't imagine that Michigan doesn't at least take a step or two backwards next year. Compound that with what looks like Ohio State returning a good chunk of starters next year. I think Penn St had a fairly young team as well.

Michigan is about to get Saban'd. Harbaugh's agent is going to release rumors of Harbaugh going somewhere in order to milk more money out of the university while having no intention of leaving and the fans will be perfectly happy with the dishonesty.

I thought "getting Saban'd" -- was what he did to with the Dolphins (and maybe LSU). He denied & denied ... even saying he would NOT be the next Alabama coach ... until he accepted.

Lots of things are Sabaning. Like telling all of your players you aren't going anywhere and later that night you fly out of town to LSU leaving them high and dry with Bobby Williams to coach you and the AD to explain what happened.

Walking over a player who is having a seizure and not calling for help or asking about him for hours.

Shame he wasn't good enough to make it as a player. But it is nice to see him have success as a coach. But leaving West Virginia and moving to Alabama doesn't seem like an upgrade. To each his own though.
