Game Thread: Load Playoffs.... Launch Game 1

Figured I try something new. At San Fran 4:30/1:30 FOX.

Did anyone believe at the beginning of this season that we be in the playoffs?

We'll have to have an unexpectedly good showing in the trenches on both sides to have a shot at winning this. Of course Pete will want to run the ball a lot, but you have to stay in the game to do it...which means we cannot afford to fall behind by 20 points at halftime. It's just hard for me to see us winning this based on how relatively non-competitive the first 2 games were vs 49ers, and they didn't have all 3 of CMC, Deebo, and Kittle in either of those. Gulp.

I think we need to have unpredictable/uncontrollable things go our way. A tricky bounce, fluke turnover, questionable call, etc. Something that fits in the category of "bounces that go our way" and the like. We need to have something fall in our favor to even out the talent difference and neutralize HFA. If it's just line up and play, I think we get rolled.
