Tell me a reason why a player would have to play 15 tournaments in order to be able to play at all other than destroying competition
It’s like Walmart telling you if you don’t shop here 10 times a month then you can’t shop here at all
That’s literally what the LIV Tour is doing….

Correct. And those players have to play all 14 events.
So do players on teams in every other sport. Why would a golf team be any different?

Bwa ha ha! Now you know who Danny Lee is. What a great finish. So happy for them that the crowd was huge and they had a fantastic finish.

I’m just asking you to keep your bullshit arguments consistent.

Checked out the LIV leaderboard. PGA also-rans dominating up top. Lee, Ortiz and Steele with podium finishes :laugh3:

Cam Smith must not be putting any work whatsoever into his game. He should be dominating. I know that receiving ridiculous money for no work is the LIV motto...but come on man!

Hate to break it to you, but it seems like no one watched the LIV event today….

I did and I don't care who else didn't. The experienced golfers I [play with all watched it and it was a thrilling finish' much better than watching the brilliant Taylor Moore battle with the great Adam Shenk to win the Valspar over a gagging Jordan Spieth.
I will say though that being at the event on Friday, that LIV, or perhaps the Gallery Golf club, need to work on its presentation a bit. So many areas were roped off and the viewing was not that great on a lot of holes. The event was so crowded and the pathways to get to holes you wanted to watch or wanted to view from were so packed with people it made it hard to see.
Perhaps it was too much desert area with cacti and rattlers that caused this but I know that my friends and I were a little disappointed with the course presentation for the fans. Additionally, there were constant carts with cameramen trying to get from place to place asking you to clear the pathway. The PGA has a huge advantage because they play courses for years that are set up for fan presentation. LIV could learn from that. The PGA is much better in that regard.

Its weird to me that I can never find a good crowd shot of these events.

Come on man...

There are literal dozens of fans here losing their minds over this exciting win by - checks notes - some guy named Danny Lee?

The crowd following Phil was straight up out of CONTROL.

I can tell you from experience it was packed. Besides, you said you didn't watch it. Check out the podium presentation if you want to see how packed it was. One of the cool things about LIV is for the team trophy presentation the caddies are up there with the pros. It was nice to see them get recognition and be a part of the victory celebration.
I think what may have deceived you about the crowd size is that you are probably used to only following the leaders at the PGA since that is all they show you and everyone is packed around that group while the rest of the course is empty. With LIV, the groups are all out at the same time and the crowd is dispersed throughout.
I must say though that the infrastructure for PGA events is better. They have great viewing areas around certain holes which I did not see at LIV but since the leaders are not necessarily going to finish at 18 since it is a shotgun start there is no need for the huge stands at the 18th like the PGA has. e

A huge crowd was watching the playoff, but again they don't have the huge stands at 18 because the leaders may not finish on 18. In this case the playoff was on 18 and that is why you see the huge crowd with Danny Lee that you show in your picture.

What a coincidence. There used to be a jabroni named Danny Lee on the PGA tour. Won one time on the PGA tour in 14 years (Greenbrier Classic). Can't be the same guy. There's no way that Danny Lee could ever compete against the star-studded LIV field.
