I doubt the Raiders have much space left to sign Bell.

They were sitting at $53.7 with Trent Brown.
Sub - $16.7 for Antonio Brown
Sub - $12+ for Lamarcus Joyner
Sub - $13.6 for draft pool.

That leaves the Raiders with around $12 mil to fill out their roster. There will need to be more cuts coming if they are hoping to add another big contract.
