Kris Letang had a non-life threatening stroke, and it's believed to be a treatable condition. Obviously I'm no fan of the Pens, but no one likes to see this. Get well soon, Kris.

Yea I hate the penguins and thier players as much as any other flyers fan but this goes beyond hockey and a rivalry. I want to personally wish Chris letang a quick recovery and high quality of life moving forward.

Yes agreed that's nuts especially for a young guy who's in the prime of his life....just crazy. Wish him the best in his recovery so we can kick his teams ass in the playoffs with him in the lineup!

I was at Mario's 1st game back after serious medical issues. Game just happened to be in Philly. As much as we all hated the Penguins, Mario received a standing ovation without any booing by the Flyers fans. I would like to believe that would be the same reception Letang would get.

I felt the same way about Lindros, although I "hated" him for much of his career, I always enjoyed watching him play and had the greatest deal of respect for him as a player. Was very sad to see him go thru what he did with the concussions. I think at the end of the day, Flyer & Penguin fans understand that these are human beings putting it all on the line to entertain us. For that, we will always respect them. Anyways, thanks for the kind words, really appreciate it. Hope Tang recovers.
