He isn't in father time, but I get your point. The problem is the players around him right now. At the end of last season before the injuries to Kyrie and Love they were playing very good together, this year they haven't really been in sync yet except for short stretches. They still have some time and they are going to need it.

The Heat are a completely middling franchise right now and will be that way for a long time moving forward with the way Riley has constructed that roster. Add Lebron and they are right back in the NBA finals.
