Sounds like thsi one goes directly after Emmert and Ray as well as NCAA. How long till NCAA cuts their losses and tosses Emmertt under the bus? If either suit gains standing, none of the University presidents who supposedly voted to grant him this special power to punish well outside their scope and rules don't want to be questioned under oath or risk having their rep ruined by something that fat toad Emmerrt may have done. It also alludes to collusion between NCAA and Freeh and the possibility of the NCAA farming out future investigations to Freeh if he got the results they wanted. Sounds like Erickson is in some deep shit down the line along with some BOT members...seems to be part of the end game to this. It rips Erickson's ability to sign consent decree without following any of schools procedure's, mainly alerting or consulting BOT for a vote on the decree, which never happened. Hope both of these get some standing and the skeleton's start falling out of NCAA closet.....can't wait to see what that **** triponey's input was, she always had a vendetta against Joe and is close to that pompous dickwad Emmert
