Hurd is not a polished passer and Kiffen calling the game would not change that. Give the kid some credit, he played great with what he is today. The off season will polish up his arm and 2 years from know he might be the next Winston. The kid has talent!

Yeah, I didn't have a problem with the play calling. It was the execution that was the problem.

Depth for the defense was the problem which of course factors into how the Clemson playcalling was. They didn't need it all season until this point. Have to give credit to Clemson for exploiting it

Agreed! Got an QB that's not even 19 and a OC that got tossed in to the biggest game of the year and they still put up points. I'm pleased and it's only the beginning

Yeah true but they are losing basically their entire d-line and LB's. Can't rely on that experience anymore, throw in those 5 stars. I'm sure they will do just fine. I just thought that this was the year Bama had their best team, especially defense, even better than last. Doesn't always work out though. I actually thought Ohio St's best team wasn't the year they won but possibly last year.
