Kobe needs his minutes cut down drastically. Also when Kobe is on the court he should defer to his teammates most of the time. This is Scott's job. If Scott doesn't corral Kobe more he'll be fired in no time. And I'm not sure if Kobe is the main problem. Maybe the young players don't even want to play for Scott. Scott might be a huge factor also. I think Scott will be fired very soon.

Watch them play...75% of shots taken by Lakers players there is no one under the basket. It's basic basketball to not shoot when your team has no way to rebound the miss. All 5 Lakers starters would be riding the bench on a winning team and Scott is not a coach and should go work at ESPN or something.
