Doubtful. He has mentioned things that make me think he has no HC interest anymore. I think he would be more likely to retire than go HC.
That's sort of what Id assumed.

Just thought him taking over for a short time would be a good way to find continuity. I wouldn't blame him at all for passing on the opportunity though.

Well they say Chip Kelly is great with Offenses but that may be a myth at this point.

I want a guy that just does HC part. Hires good asst coaches to handle their duties .
Is open to different personnel (Sproles Hill type players)
Fits their system to personnel on team not force players to their system only.

Please clean house fully coach wise not leave any leftovers

Yeah I think even Wade knows he's not HC material. Stick with what you do best.

Kind of what I am thinking Kubiak may do if he does return after his heath concerns... I could see Kubes taking a year off then sticking around as an O-Cord for years and years depending on how serious his health issues are.

There are a few coaches I would like to retain, but for the most part I think so too.

Anthony Lynn and Gus. Bradley would be an interesting combo

Yes

and they might just bring Jason Vrable with them.

Lynn and Bradley are said to be a package deal. Lynn obviously wanted by Buffalo and maybe he is comfortable there, but being a former Bronco, knowing Elway and a more attractive place, if we want him I would say we have a shot.

What I like about Kyle is his creativity on offense
Designed the blueprint to crush the Denver D this year and was able
To Modify the zone blocking scheme.
Wade could stay as DC
Also like another former coach Jim bob cooter as OC

-Just tossing out Mike McCoy, as he might become available ... Not sure how I'd feel

-I would hate to see Dennison promoted

And on the prospect of Kyle Shanahan, this is interesting .. I see John Elway as a guy who, once you are on his shitlist, you are there for the long haul - anyways, from 2010 regarding Mike Shanahan and John Elway:

That shouldn't come as much of a surprise, as Dave Krieger has pointed out before that based on his long-term relationship interviewing Elway, he had always known that the two did not get along. Elway had told him point blank many years ago that he would love to get involved in a position with the team, but not while Mike Shanahan was around ..

I would like Mike McCoy just fine with Wade . You should be able to win SB with that Duo .

one of the best OC's with IMO the very best DC you are in a pretty good place

I could definitely live with this set up. Gives a young HC 2 veterans he can lean on for advice. McCoy has shown an ability to adjust his offense to the skill set of especially his QB. Wade is well Wade and don't want to see him go anywhere.

Sounds like coach is listening to his family...good for him...good for them...imo this was a predictable season after such a magical run the year before.

Broncos will carry on, they might need another year or so to gear up for another SB run, but Elway seems to have a grasp on things...he'll get the right guy in there to guide the ship.

I would be cool with this. Something tells me we go O minded though with Phillips such a good D coordinator. I like Joseph though. Would have been happy with him as our D cord 2 years ago when the Bengals blocked us from him.

Maybe the HC is more John Harbaugh. A leader and facilitator and the OC and DC are your subject matter experts but if you are not an expert yourself in Offense and Defense you run the risk of not being able to find those experts like Harbaugh has had trouble in Baltimore.
