I pray that Nix is there in round 1 and Donald is there in round 2. That would be a nice addition. Nix would go a long ways towards stopping the run. I think the Steelers probably snag nix to be their NT. Hope I am wrong. Those two would give us a disruptive front.

The 1989 defense did more with less than what we saw lst season. My god. Even when the defense got pressure the qbs were throwing it up for grabs because they knew Heath had zero ball skills.

Yes we were hit hard with injuries on defense, but when I think of the DLINE and what it was suppose to be- Ware, Spencer, Hatcher, Ratliff, Brent, Bass, Crawford, Lissemore- we traded Liss and got Hayden, but other than Crawford which of these players do you think will be back. Ware and Bass???

If you are thinking anyone is saying DL is not a Draft priority, nothing could be further from the truth. I got one was just punching holes in the idea of Kiffin having better players than Ryan. I think we keep Ware, Bass, Crawford, Hayden, and Selvie. I really believe we could still be playing if we didn't go through enough linemen to support TWO teams.
