The dumpster fire is complete.
He is awful just awful, but when paying someone that much money and investing your future in them why bench them when you know exactly what you have on the bench? If it was a young QB with any potential at all I could maybe see benching him and giving the youngster a start but it's Gabbert. If this is long term I just don't know.
Hopefully he gets the job back before we play them again

Honestly it doesn't matter who plays but they are clearing cutting ties with Kap at the end of the season so they don't care about his future as a niner.
Good luck finding somewhere to dump that contract. You just gonna cut him then or what?
How did Kaepernick look so good when Harbaugh was there? I don't get it.

Chip Kelly could be the guy that takes a chance on Kap.
Just curious, but do you think that he might have a drug problem? He really only looked good his first year. He's gotten progressively worse ever since.
Interesting!!!Chip Kelly could be the guy that takes a chance on Kap.
I personally think he should stay in San Fran and start as long as possible… I'm sure Rams and Seahawks fans would agree.
