Shouldn't need to. The Brady ruling should trump today's hearing regardless. NFL shouldn't be tried again for the essentially the same ruling.

I disgree. Josh Brown was on the commissioners exempt list. Suspension or not he was not eligble to play in the NFL anyway. He can't play until he comes off that list. He was already indefinitely suspended.
