Shouldn't need to. The Brady ruling should trump today's hearing regardless. NFL shouldn't be tried again for the essentially the same ruling.

And while the NFL may prevail in Federal court. The Judge ruled that the NFL was Biased and unfair in its arbitration on several issues.
It may be that Elliot serves his suspension next year or next week but 1 thing is clear the NFL makes the NSA look good on intelligence gathering and above reproach decision making.

Intelligence gathering doesn't matter. The CBA gives Goodell the right to punish as he sees fit, regardless of offense or evidence. All this does is postpone the suspension to next year as Elliott will eventually lose this case.

and you may be right about the suspension. Elliot most likely will lose eventually but I really want to see the NFL raked over the coals for its blatant lack of fairness.

And Respectfully I disagree Intelligence gathering has everything to do with it. While Herr Goodell might say the sky is green when its blue and if you disagee I suspend you, that only makes the NFL look that much more Idiotic and biased.

We will see if this case changes anything. I do know this the NFL will never have that power after the next CBA ever again.
