I'm not saying he won't be one day, but right now he's too young and raw for the role. He needs more time as a sparkplug off the bench.
The 1-3 Nuggets have not yet found their identity as a top-notch scoring team. Emmanuel Mudiay needs to start over Murray. Does he have his flaws as a basketball player??? Absolutely, but he has always traditionally played better with Gary Harris on the floor and the presence of playmaking big men Millsap and Jokic should take enormous pressure off him.
The Nuggets need to see what they have in Mudiay, and they're certainly not going to be able to do that while he's on the bench.
