Built a team around an old QB and an old WR. Arizona is that one guy in your fantasy league that you look at their lineup and think "man, that's a kick ass team...in 2008"

Non adaptive and arrogant coaching, a weak secondary (Tyronne still not 100% is critical) and the re-realization Carson Palmer is not elite.

If I can be a Tebow homer for a moment, Tim Tebow didn't play with this defense. He got to play with what was basically Josh McDaniels defense that was just starting to be rebuilt by John Fox. It was still trash however, ranking in the bottom of the league in most stat categories.

I actually agree with you on this. Even if he does seem like an ass at times, he has worked as hard as anyone to be where he is.

How many coaches haven't? If you're really good, you advance quicker, especially without race issues blocking your way.

No doubt Orton went 1-4 with that same team and Tebow not only helped get tehm into the playoffs but beat Pitt in OT with that nice toss to D Thomas
