Time to take the guess

I'll go with 88 wins (and a 2nd or 3rd WC spot)

A bit homerish but that's what fandom is about

I’ll take 87. The rotation could be elite come playoff time, but it is old and infirmed right now. I think that will hold us back during the reg season.

85. New coach with a lot of moving parts. I like the parts and the coach, but they may need some time to gel.

I think this team will surprise us all. Using my LED Radio Shack calculator and talking it over with my mom I have the Giants at 91 wins.

Although I would have chosen 86 if that hadn't be taken. I think unless the Pitching acquired does really well, the Giants spend part of the season in a WC position but ultimately fall a game or two short. If Young guys like Matos, Bailey(hit well for a catcher), and Luciano or others get on the trajectory of preforming where we hope high drafted prospects preform, then the team could be pretty darned good. There is hope but I am staying a bit pessimistic on principal. :D

It's probably the homer in me, but I think the roster is pretty good. I'll say 88 wins. Man, I remember being a kid and always expecting 100 wins before the start of each season because we had Bonds and because our young pitchers would rise from the minor leagues to become greats (Foppert, Ainsworth, Jerome Williams), and if that didn't work, then Sabean would find a way to trade for pitchers.

Thank God that in the 2010's, we finally did get a group of drafted players that put us over the top. I'm feeling optimistic that the current group of players that we developed will give us some success and I'm also liking the free agent signings.

Why do I always confuse Matt Chapman and Josh Donaldson? I saw that we signed Chapman and I said to myself that I thought he retired. LOL.

I would've taken 88 if it weren't already taken.

You can tell that's not Hangman b/c it's over 70 wins...
As LHG pointed out, he had the best prediction last year
