Is Virginia the most underrated team in the Nation?

They're the least talked about one loss ACC team of all time. Even with this near immaculate record the only teams with any publicity is NC, Cuse, and Duke. It's similar to the Badgers since they run a basic fundamentals squad with solid defense and efficient offense. This doesn't draw attention so no matter how many wins they have, they will not receive the recognition they deserve unless they make the Final Four. I adamantly believe if they end up beating Cuse by double digits, they earned the number one seed over Cuse.

They are playing great ball right now. Most of their schedule was soft but you can't ignore what they are doing right now.

It will come down to the ACC Tournament. Virgina only got to play Duke, Syracuse, and UNC only one time all year. They are very underrated though as well and I saw them at UWGB and at the time they didnt look good but the talent was always there.

Without a doubt they are the most overlooked team this year. I just got done looking at a article where they had Tony Bennett as the 7th most over paid coach in college basketball. Hilarious. Just to show you what the people at Forbes know. Congratulations Virginia and Tony Bennett.

Now Virginia goes into the top ten and ZERO big10 teams are there. I have nothing to do with Virginia...just am not such a homer that I can't recognize good play when I see it.

I like to compliment good play and have not forgotten about Wisconsin who has Dekker and Kaminski; two outstanding big men and have so stated on many occasions. Same with Michigan State...many times. Virginia wouldn't win the acc with a.stronger schedule. They had 2 challenging road games and went 1-1 in those games. In addition to this they did not play a home and home series with unc, duke, or cuse

Fair disappeared in the second half, without Grant in there we were a mess on the boards and lacked points in the paint. Virginia shot lights out in the second half, they simply could not miss for a long stretch.

Our offense has been on a slide for a while now. We never were suppose to be a top 5 team with our losses and we aren't now, they have far exceeded my expectations for this year. We will see how the ACCt plays out.

We will end up a higher seed in the dance unless they kill the ACCt and win out, though even then probably not. I am not saying we would end up a one seed but if we keep it at 4 total with one more loss in the ACCt we have a real good chance. Doesn't really matter I am happy with a 2 seed, preseason I figured we would be a 4-5.
