I thought it was only even #'s after 30 waist.

I have a 36 inseam so I have to go to Kohls or JC Penny for my jeans and they still only stock even #s.

Walmart, Target, Kmart and the like stop at 34 inseam.
I guess 36 is out of their bell curve.

I also have to go to Kohls/JC Penny for shirts as they are the only stores to carry large/tall.
