It's michigan. I would guess they can get most of the younger, talented coaches they'd want if they want them. Harbaugh is older and more experienced, but what has he accomplished at michigan to make them think he deserves to be held in such high acclaim?

the offensive playcalling is an absolute joke. they're trying to run a pro style offense with WRs that can't get open and QBs that can't quite make the throws. Harbaugh deserves blame for the coaching personnel. Why the fuck is Jay the RB coach?

Year one? Who coached 2015 and 2016? We were told all off season that Michigan rotated their players so there would be no drop off and that Harbaugh's guys were better than those overrated Hoke guys anyways.

You're right, right now he's more of a good coach. That said, "his" guys are now in their 2nd or 3rd year with the program, but they still can't get anything going on offense. That's very surprising.

That's basically what our WRs are right now. It's more shocking that in 2.5 years, Harbaugh can't develop even a somewhat kinda of decent QB.

Saban won the SEC in his 2nd season at LSU and the NC in his 4th and the NC at Alabama in his 3rd season.

Can we at least stop comparing Jimmy Jam to these standards.
