I don't know how it happened but I'm having my highest scoring game in this league yet and holding on by 6 with Whitley to go. If I kept Soriano in the spot I would be around 370, but nontheless this was a nice week finally and will be three games out of the 4th spot should Whitley not have -7 tonight. My pitching scored about the same as it has other weeks or worse, it was my hitting that put me over the top this week by starting Rendon and Ramirez, and AGon having a productive week finally.
And guess what...........that happened. Whitley blew it for me. Arietta did indeed look good tonight. Probably because of the red sox being maybe a little fatugued from last night's outing. I started him, 36 points so he should have at least above 30(unless he pulls a Whitley) for this week. Chances not looking great though. 10 weeks still left.
So I am four games out of the playoff picture with eight weeks left. I am sitting at 5-9. I wish someone earlier would have told me about the last 21 days stats. Last two weeks my team has scored over 320 as Molina has decided to start playing again, AGon is broke out of his slump, and I have been using Rendon over Kipnis for 2b and paying attention to playing days. But it may be too little too late.
Nope. But its not a problem now really. I have gotten an additional two good pitchers since well who are pitching well atm and also Colon. The pitching has been a little better to go with the 2b adjustment and Trout playing better than he did the first two months. I still have to play the people I need to lose 1 more time each and the two have to play each other as well. So I am going to try to go on a winning run if I can.
Three straight weeks scoring above 320 but I think I lost this one. I started Whitley in the second rp slot and Idk if that game has been called or postponed. If postponed, I tied. If called, I lost.
