What would happen.

Did Ohio State prepare better, have a better game plan?
Did they have better Coaches?
Is their talent level that far ahead of Oregon??

Or was it just their night.

It looked like they would win 10/10 to me.
Better in every possible way.

Or am I just crazy.

I think they would!

The better question involves OSU and Bama! Much better question considering the competitiveness of the games?

OSU gets pick 6 and a throw and catch from a WR to a WR better than most all throw and catches all year. People talk about the running yards against both teams but OSU physically whipped Oregon running the ball. Take away the two big runs of 85 and a 54 against Bama and OSU averaged 3.5 ypc. I think that game is the more interesting one. We only have this one because Oregon played overrated FSU!

Considering tOSU turned it over 4 times and still won I say the probability of 10 wins is conceivable but I still think Oregon gets them once. Maybe Jones gets drunk the night before.

We lost the turnover battle 1-4 and that one was at the end of the game. I think OSU wins a majority of the 10.

Ohio State came together as good as any team I've seen in a long time. They peaked at the perfect time.

Oregon 10/10
Alabama 7/10

It was talked about all year not having a dominant team this year. Well I think we ended up with one!

Agreed on Bama. Lot of fluke plays by both sides in that game.

Pick 6

That retarded punt... Followed by a pick

80 yard TD run.

I think it will be closer to 50-50. I would give Ohio State the nod though. They have a better coach, better defense, and a great offensive attack (not as good as Oregon's but still really good). Oregon's offense will get some wins.

Ohio State 6/10
Alabama 6/10

I think its OSU over Oregon 8/10 and OSU over Bama 6/10

My main reasoning is the OSU defensive line. Bosa would be a top 10- if not higher pick if he was eligible to come out- Bennett and Washington will both also play on Sundays from OSU's defensive line- Bennett probably a late 1st/early 2nd rounder.

As for the weapons- Who is the bigger impact player? Cooper or Elliot? thats a good debate....I think Bama had the least talented QB out of all 3 teams- even though Simms is by no means a total slouch...

For OSU that combination of having the deep passing game and Devon Smith (who will be a high pick) along with Spencer and Thomas as WR's--- along with a great running game is the tipping point for me....

I think Bama probably beats the Ducks either 6 or 7 outta ten times....

Oregon didn't want to be there. You can tell those guys were not motivated. I say Oregon would probably get motivated by the 9th try and show it.

OSU had a player commit suicide mid-season- had a bunch of close games that taught them to play together, had the injured QB to start the year that brought them together.- they had the huge chip on their shoulder of the big ten being disrespected for so long

All 3 teams have tons of talents - but the Bucks circumstances really caused them to meld together into a team that was as tight knit as any ive seen- That means a lot when you talk about teams like Oregon, OSU, Bama where the talent is so relatively close.

it makes me wonder- if Braxton Miller was healthy all year- and the Bucks go into the playoff undefeated- and dont have the drama they experienced all year- do they win it?

something to think about

9/10 Oregon

football was invented in Ohio. The Pro-football hall of fame is an hour and a half away from the shoe. Its in our blood

College Football is the most popular sport in the South- pro football does not compare- nor does baseball- and basketball is an after thought- they eat, live and breath it

in your Pacific northwest you guys lace em up so us on EST have something to watch if we cant fall asleep...

I mean both sides had lucky plays, On Bamas side we had Cardales dropped snap at the 1 that backed them up and cause tOSU to kick a FG, The Cyrus jones INT, and the Zeke Elliot fumble after he gained like 15 yards. So yeah both sides had lucky plays and it probably balanced out and came to the right score ultimately.

I say they don't win it with Braxton or JT at QB. There were so many 3rd down conversions in the Playoffs where Cardale just ran people over for first downs, JT and Braxton wouldn't have been able to convert them. Also with Cardale IMO, tOSU commited more to the run.

I'd say OSU wins 7/10 against Oregon. Oregon is a good team and would be able to move the ball eventually.
After watching the sugar bowl a few times I have to say I think OSU would win 10/10 against Alabama. I just didn't see anything from bama that honestly would give them any hope at all. They just didn't have what it took this year to stay with a team that powerful and with that much speed, not to mention heart. Alabama is the kind of team that just doesn't have heart or passion. It's a team based mostly on "hey were here so just give us the W so we go home already, I'm bored" kinda guys.

Anyways thats pretty much my expert breakdown.
