Whiteside = traded for garbage.

The 2 guys that were traded for Whiteside---- One guy, Harkless, is on a 1 year deal and the Heat had to give up a first round pick to get rid of him- an EXPIRING contract that they had to tie a first round pick to in order to get rid of----and Meyers Leonard, who is just awful.

THAT is the value of Hassan Whiteside on an expiring contract.....2 schmuck players that it took a first roudner to get rid of ONE of them. Stands to reason it would ahve taken 2 first rounders to get someone to take Whiteside without taking back equally atrocious money.

Because he's a solid role player and they haven't received the right offer. Despite some off the court issues, not a bad guy for the youngsters to be around

Bc he provides leadership to the young guys and is an outstanding working. His contract isn't the best but Whiteside's was just as bad if not worse. Whiteside provides no leadership and his work ethic is questionable. Both are role players but one isn't a role model lol

Well, the move was to get Jimmy Butler. Like Whiteside, but Jimmy Butler's a better player. And before Wiggy starts, I'm sure the vast majority would say that Butler's a better player than TT as well.

Oh I can think of someone who would try to say TT > Jimmy. I don't want to name any names but this fella has been known to run around downtown Cleveland yelling @ any NE Ohio natives that don't have the Cavs as their # 1 NBA team.

Vote is based on The Now if you were having a tough time understanding, and salary has to factor in.

In their most recent seasons, one was at around 12/11 the other was 10/10.

So for an extra $7 mil HW gives you a couple points and a rebound.....yes, neither is much better than the other.

I've only come across him once and he was a good dude. Wife runs a nonprofit for epilepsy and he agreed to talk to the group after the game. Very cordial to anyone who approached him.
