you draft a RB.. and he learns from McCoy over the next year in limited playing time. Splits duties next year. McCoy did this with Westy. Westy did with Buckhalter who did this with Duce. It's "MUCH" better to have a transition of learning - not just cutting a great player for unproven potential, imho.
